Know what to do when it matters

Practical, evidence based first aid training that builds the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise when someone needs help and know what to do.

First aid can make a profound difference

When someone is injured, becomes unwell or is experiencing a crisis, the help they receive early can change a person’s future.

And first aid isn't only about physical health.

CPR, emergency response and first aid for injury and illness.

Recognising and responding when someone may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.

Conversations about suicide, with psychosocial hazards, psychological first aid and relational first aid training currently in development.

How We Train

Training isn't successful because someone completed a course. It's successful when the student leaves clear on what to do.

We bring together current evidence and best practice and turn it into practical knowledge people can use. We challenge common misconceptions and provide clear action plans for responding when someone needs help.

Through real world scenarios, reflection and discussion, participants have time to think, practise, ask questions and learn from each other, in a supportive learning environment, guided by knowledgeable and experienced trainers.

What Participants Say

“The trainer was deeply knowledgeable, kind, and had a strong focus on practical dimensions of First Aid. Through this course I felt empowered to confront first aid situations with a calm confidence. It was a profound and life-changing experience, both for myself and hopefully others whom I can assist one day. Thank you so much.”

“Sacha was really great - he gave real life anecdotes and statistics which made the training seem more relatable and realistic, therefore I remembered more. He also moved at a great pace for everyone in the class and answered everyone's questions thoughtfully and fully.”

“The course was not nearly as emotionally difficult to work through as I had previously experienced, which is a testament to the supportive and engaging environment you created.

You were consistent in your delivery, maintained a calm and approachable tone, and kept everyone engaged throughout.”
